Easy Graphic converter is another easy to use image converter. To convert an image you just should add it into the converter using '+ ADD' button and press button 'Start'. This program can import and export the images of such formats as Windows Bitmap (*.bmp, *.dib), GIF (*.gif), JPEG (*.jpg, *.jpeg), Portable Graphics PNG (*.png), ZSoft PCX (*.pcx), Adobe PSD (*.psd), Targa (*.tga), TIFF (*.tif, *.tiff), Windows Metafile (*.wmf) and Windows Enhanced Metafile (*.emf).
So, this program seems to be absolutely the same as many other converters, but it is not like that. Besides being a converter this program is also a Thumbnail maker allowing to make thumbnails in 'Best Fit' and 'Exact Size' ways. There is another thing I liked in this program: nice sound effects. This may be a bit childish still it entertains you somehow.
To sum up we have light weight software allowing to convert and resize images, add water marks to images and create web image galleries and all this with nice sound effects on the background.

I also love Easy Icon Maker and decided to try out Easy Graphic Converter to assist me in producing icons for a Visual Basic program I am currently writing.
It probably won't surprise you to know that Easy Graphic Converter only works in Windows 10 in exactly the same way as you found in Win7. Did you used to get a message mentioning an activeX file named xwpdlx20.ocx when you attempted to run the program the second or successive time? Me too, have now written to the company about it but, like you, I may not receive a reply. For what it's worth, I tried two onlibne programs and the icons they producedwere rubbish. Easy Graphic Converter's icons, in comparison, are excellent.
I think one of the problems might be where the OCX files are stored in Win7 onwards - in a folder named SysWow64 and Easy Graphic Converter does not recognise that fact.
