Easy Graphic Converter is a powerful tool that allows you to convert images and photos into many popular image formats, including JPG, GIF, ICO, BMP, EMF, PNG, TIFF, TGA, and even apply some special effects to them.
You will not have any problems with the program even if you are new to computers and image editors. A built-in file explorer will help you locate your images easily and quickly (unfortunately, though, the program does not show thumbnail previews, so you will have to remember or check every single image to find the intended one). Image loading and processing is fast for files of less than 1 MB in size; you may have to wait a bit for your preview when working with bigger files. There is also no zooming available, which contributes to the disadvantages of the program.
The program also offers a screen-capture utility that is able to take screenshots of a whole screen, any active window, or a selected region. You can also create your own icons using the icon capture utility.
In short, the program does exactly what it says on the tin: it is an image converter, it is easy, and it has some complement utilities, too.

I also love Easy Icon Maker and decided to try out Easy Graphic Converter to assist me in producing icons for a Visual Basic program I am currently writing.
It probably won't surprise you to know that Easy Graphic Converter only works in Windows 10 in exactly the same way as you found in Win7. Did you used to get a message mentioning an activeX file named xwpdlx20.ocx when you attempted to run the program the second or successive time? Me too, have now written to the company about it but, like you, I may not receive a reply. For what it's worth, I tried two onlibne programs and the icons they producedwere rubbish. Easy Graphic Converter's icons, in comparison, are excellent.
I think one of the problems might be where the OCX files are stored in Win7 onwards - in a folder named SysWow64 and Easy Graphic Converter does not recognise that fact.
